I understand that Social security numbers will be turned in to a collection agency for non payment of rent and that I/we will be responsible for any cost incurred with such action. Deposits for utilities or other may be collected and refund only after completion of rental contract and payments complete for all outstanding charges against the property.
The rendering of a deposit for any property is your commitment that you intend to lease the property. The deposit will be used to hold that property until a lease is signed, and is your good faith that the property will be left in the condition in which you found it. Upon your full execution of said lease and departure from the property the deposit will then be refunded in part or full. If you are unsure of your level of commitment, please do not render a deposit.
